There was a single gas station in cities across Rockland County selling premium gas at the lowest price of $4.09 per gallon in the week ending Aug. 31, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.
The average reported cost of premium gas in cities within Rockland County was $4.56 per gallon.
Of the 69 reported gas stations in cities within Rockland County, 17 offer premium gas.
The average reported price of premium gas in New York was $4.30, compared to $4.34 the week before.
