Today, Congressman Mike Lawler announced several changes to his staff. Andrea Grace, who served as Chief of Staff, has transitioned to the Office of Legislative Affairs at the White House. Nate Soule, previously Deputy Chief of Staff and Communications Director, has been promoted to Chief of Staff.

James McNamee now serves as Deputy Chief and Legislative Director. Ciro Riccardi returns as Communications Director and Senior Advisor after managing the 2024 campaign. Ava Verzani has taken over as Director of Operations and Scheduler, replacing Ashley Phillips who joined EPA Director Lee Zeldin earlier this year.

Courtney Kaufman is now Senior Policy Advisor with a focus on Lawler’s Foreign Affairs portfolio. Rafi Silberberg moves from District Director to Senior Advisor. Donna Chiapperino steps up as District Director with Putnam County Legislator Erin Crowley becoming Deputy District Director.

Sean Glendening assumes the role of Chief Counsel. He holds a J.D. from Albany Law School and also serves as a Judge Advocate for the U.S. Army.

Congressman Lawler is recognized for his bipartisan approach in Congress and represents New York’s 17th Congressional District, which includes parts of Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, and Westchester Counties.
