On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Nyack Senior High School standout Gianna Longo’s current college team, the St. Thomas Aquinas Spartans, lost 5-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Wingate Bulldogs.

The game took place at FMU Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 3:45 p.m. at FMU Softball Stadium against Francis Marion Patriots.
