Bill Weber, a state senator representing the 38th Senate District, announced on May 31, 2025, the opening of nominations for the 2025 Veterans Hall of Fame. The program aims to honor veterans who have significantly contributed to their communities.

Senator Weber stated, “Our veterans have made tremendous sacrifices in defense of our freedoms and values. The Veterans Hall of Fame is an opportunity to recognize those who continue to serve as leaders in our community.”

The nomination process is open to residents within the district and seeks to highlight veterans’ contributions beyond their military service. Nominees can be submitted through Senator Weber’s office until July 15, 2025.

“The Veterans Hall of Fame allows us to celebrate these outstanding individuals,” said Senator Weber. He encouraged constituents to participate by nominating deserving veterans from their community.

The initiative reflects ongoing efforts to honor the legacy and continued impact of veterans in New York State.
