Of the 5,885 people living in Wesley Hills in 2019, 45.8 percent (2,698) were women and 54.2 percent (3,187) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Rockland Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,348-to-1,291. In the 65 and over age range, there were 412 females and 437 males.
