Of the 13,006 people living in Stony Point in 2020, 50.2 percent (6,528) were women and 49.8 percent (6,478) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Rockland Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 214. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,469 females and 981 males.
