Of the 287 people living in Grand View-on-Hudson village in 2020, 58.2 percent (167) were women and 41.8 percent (120) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Rockland Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 11. In the 65 and over age range, there were 40 females and 32 males.
