Today, Congressman Mike Lawler announced that his office has successfully resolved over 5,000 constituent cases. These cases were brought by residents of New York's 17th District and their families. The issues addressed included helping veterans obtain benefits, expediting passports for families, assisting individuals in acquiring green cards or renewing visas, advocating with the IRS for tax refunds, securing Social Security or Medicare benefits, and bringing constituents home from various countries.

"I'm proud to announce that my office has resolved more than 5,000 constituent cases," said Congressman Lawler. "This wouldn't be possible without our dedicated caseworkers who work around the clock to assist every constituent who reaches out. From day one, they have worked arduously to resolve the many constituent casework needs brought to our attention."

"Our constituents will always come first," Congressman Lawler concluded. "I look forward to continuing to deliver the quality service they expect and deserve throughout my second term. I encourage all my constituents, if you have need of assistance in dealing with a federal agency or service, not to ever hesitate in reaching out. We are here to help!"

Congressman Lawler is recognized as one of the most bipartisan members of the 118th Congress and represents New York's 17th Congressional District. This district is located just north of New York City and includes parts of Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, and Westchester Counties.
