Village of Upper Nyack issued the following announcement.
The following notice was received from Coach USA by the Village today. As you may know, the Village of Upper Nyack has no control over the operations of Coach USA. This notice is shared for information purposes only.
Rockland Coach will be temporarily suspending all services effective Saturday April 4th. We will continue to operate the schedule we have been running all week until the last bus returns to the garage on Friday, April 3rd.
Please know that this decision was not taken lightly, however it is necessary at this time for the safety of our passengers, employees, and the well-being of our service following this pandemic. These are unprecedented times for us all and our plan is to re-open and begin operating some levels of service at the beginning of May. We will continue to monitor the situation and will communicate any updates as they become available.
Management will continue to monitor and respond to the company email throughout this time, so please send any necessary communication to Rockland@coachusa.com.
We want to thank all of our customers for their support during this extremely difficult time and we look forward to providing you with safe and reliable service moving forward.
