Rockland County issued the following announcement.
New City, NY, - County Executive Ed Day, Acting Commissioner of the Departments of Planning and Public Transportation Doug Schuetz and County Health Commissioner Dr. Patricia Schnabel Ruppert announced the launch of the Rockland County UnPause Dashboard. This new dashboard tracks the seven metrics used by New York State to determine reopening status as part of the NY Forward plan.
"This new dashboard will help keep Rockland residents aware of how we are doing locally in regard to these metrics," said County Executive Ed Day. "More information allows each of us to make more informed choices about our actions and behavior. This data is a key tool to residents, businesses and local municipalities."
Data is retrieved, tabulated and updated each weekday afternoon on the dashboard. This is the same data used by New York State to determine the regional metrics.
Links to the new Dashboard have been added to the Rockland Gov website and the Rockland County Department of Health's COVID-19 page: https://rocklandgov.com/ and http://rcklnd.us/covid19.
