Of the 4,610 people living in Montebello in 2019, 52 percent (2,398) were women and 48 percent (2,212) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Rockland Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,351-to-1,344. In the 65 and over age range, there were 505 females and 297 males.
