Census Bureau: More men than women in Monsey in 2019

Of the 23,055 people living in Monsey in 2019, 49.7 percent (11,467) were women and 50.3 percent (11,588) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Rockland Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 4,561-to-4,328. In the 65 and over age range, there were 644 females and 525 males.
