Of the 23,733 people living in Monsey in 2020, 49.1 percent (11,657) were women and 50.9 percent (12,076) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Rockland Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 215. In the 65 and over age range, there were 655 females and 543 males.
