Of the 7,478 people living in Hillcrest in 2020, 49.7 percent (3,716) were women and 50.3 percent (3,762) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Rockland Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 71. In the 65 and over age range, there were 610 females and 592 males.
