County Executive Ed Day is calling on @Governor Kathy Hochul to review and intervene in the denial of aid to the County by Secretary of State Robert J. Rodriguez last week against a lawsuit with an irresponsible landlord. (Both letters are attached)
"Show the families and property owners across the state that New York will not tolerate landlords circumventing the legal process at the expense of lives," said County Executive Ed Day.
