Acting Commissioner of the Rockland Department of Mental Health Dr. Susan Hoerter and Regional Director of Access: Supports For Living Patricia Tuber joined Rockland County Executive Ed Day as he signed a resolution accepting funding from the New York State Office of Mental Health in the amount of $453,470.

The County Department of Mental Health will distribute funds to Access: Supports for Living to provide the Children's CARE Team Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS).
