Congressman Mike Lawler issued a statement regarding the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump at his Pennsylvania rally.
"I am praying for President Trump and his family, those in attendance at today’s rally, and our nation. Today’s assassination attempt is a tragedy for our country and must be universally condemned. Our elections must be decided by voters, not violence. We must come together as a nation and make it clear this will not be tolerated," said Congressman Lawler.
