Suffern Central School District issued the following announcement.
In continuing our celebration of Assistant Principals Week, today we’d like to recognize and highlight Suffern Middle School AP Danielle Castaldo.
Danielle is instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the middle school and has always been a champion for the social and emotional needs of our students. Here she shares how she’s doing during this time of home learning.
“I feel the most essential thing to do during a time like this is to generate a new norm, which consists of developing a new daily schedule. I have found great comfort knowing that we are in this together and that I am, by no means, alone. I am still working on setting virtual boundaries…but adapting better to our new reality every day. This is a rare and precious gift of time, one we will likely not ever have again in our lifetime, so I am relishing in these days spent with my husband and children, including the furry one.”
