County of Rockland issued the following announcement.
Pomona, NY, - Speaking during a previously scheduled Fireworks Safety Demonstration County Executive Ed Day and Commissioner of Health Dr. Patricia Schnabel Ruppert urged residents to comply with the Department of Health's contact tracing efforts and threatened those who do not comply with subpoenas and $2,000 per day fines.
